I started working with Rob because I was looking for a trainer who could create an environment that was both challenging and supportive and that is exactly what I found. The 6am classes are a big commitment for me but I genuinely enjoy them. Rob has created a welcoming and friendly space with people of all abilities which makes it feel like a team effort. There is no intimidation just encouragement.

Rob nudges me in the right direction without pushing me to the point of exhaustion or dread. In the past I have felt anxious before a workout knowing I would be pushed too hard. With Rob I look forward to the sessions and can challenge myself in a way that feels sustainable.
