Personal Training – Without Training Alone
Individual coaching with the support of a small group
Small group personal training at Tandy Health & Fitness gives you the individual attention of personal training, with the encouragement and atmosphere of training alongside a small, supportive group. With a maximum of 10 people per session, you'll have a coach on hand to guide you and adapt your training to suit you.
Your training is coached and adapted to your ability, experience and goals. We focus on good technique, appropriate progression and helping you become stronger and more confident at your own pace.
It isn't simply a class where everyone follows the same workout. You get proper coaching, while still enjoying the motivation and community that comes from training with other people.

Not Your Typical Gym
A friendly, supportive place to get stronger
If traditional gyms have never felt like your kind of place, you're not alone. Many people come to Tandy Health & Fitness feeling nervous about strength training, unsure where to start or simply uncomfortable in a typical gym environment.
We've created something different in Nantwich — a welcoming studio where the focus is on good coaching, building confidence and helping you become stronger at your own pace.
You don't need to be fit before you start, and you don't need any previous strength training experience. We'll meet you where you are and help you progress from there.

Who Is Small Group Training For?
You don't need to be fit or experienced to get started
Small group personal training could be a great fit if you:
-
Are new to strength training – and aren't sure where to begin.
-
Haven't exercised for a while – and want support getting started again.
-
Don't feel comfortable in traditional gyms – and would prefer a smaller, friendlier environment.
-
Want to become stronger – with coaching and progression appropriate to you.
-
Want more support than a typical class – without having to train one-to-one.
-
Value accountability and consistency – and enjoy training alongside supportive people.
-
Want to stay strong as you get older – and maintain your confidence and physical capability.
We have particular experience helping women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond discover strength training, often for the first time.
