Hi, I’m Rob Tandy, a dedicated personal trainer with over a decade of experience in helping people transform their lives through fitness.
Over the years, I’ve seen first‑hand how different life commitments like work, family, and time pressures can make prioritising self‑care feel overwhelmingly difficult. That’s why I focus on creating personalised training programmes that fit your life, goals and abilities, so fitness becomes sustainable and enjoyable rather than intimidating.
My philosophy centres on collaboration, empathy and honest support. Together, we’ll build a plan that blends exercise, nutrition and mindset, giving you the tools to feel stronger, healthier and more confident every day.
During our sessions, you’ll receive encouragement, accountability, and expert coaching, but also space to learn, grow and celebrate every achievement, big or small.
