At Tandy Health and Fitness, we believe fitness should feel welcoming, empowering and achievable — no matter your age, stage or experience. Our mission is to create a space where you can feel confident walking in and excited to walk out.

We specialise in personal training and small group sessions designed specifically for women who may feel intimidated by traditional gyms, are new to fitness, or have struggled to stay consistent in the past. Our approach focuses on strength, mobility, confidence and long‑term well‑being in a comfortable, judgement‑free environment.

Hi, I’m Rob Tandy, a dedicated personal trainer with over a decade of experience in helping people transform their lives through fitness.

Over the years, I’ve seen first‑hand how different life commitments like work, family, and time pressures can make prioritising self‑care feel overwhelmingly difficult. That’s why I focus on creating personalised training programmes that fit your life, goals and abilities, so fitness becomes sustainable and enjoyable rather than intimidating.

My philosophy centres on collaboration, empathy and honest support. Together, we’ll build a plan that blends exercise, nutrition and mindset, giving you the tools to feel stronger, healthier and more confident every day.

During our sessions, you’ll receive encouragement, accountability, and expert coaching, but also space to learn, grow and celebrate every achievement, big or small.

I truly believe age should never hold you back. Whether you’re just starting out or returning to fitness after a break, this can be your most empowering phase yet.
