About Me
Hi, I’m Rob
I started Tandy Health and Fitness to create a space where people feel truly comfortable and supported. It’s important to me that everyone who walks through the door feels welcome, relaxed, and free from the pressures of a typical gym.
Most of the people I work with haven’t exercised consistently before — and that’s absolutely fine. My role is to guide, encourage and support you at a pace that feels right, helping you build strength, confidence and enjoyment along the way.
There’s no ego here. No judgment. Just genuine care, progress, and a supportive environment where you can focus on your goals.
